Last updated: October 2026 (draft, not approved; revised 2026-10-26 to disclose the advertising tags)
This policy explains what Learn Sports Analyticz LLC ("AthlyticZ", "we") collects when you use athlyticz.com, why, and what you can do about it.
We are the data controller for the information described here.
When you create an account or buy something Your name, email address, and the records of what you purchased and when. Our payment provider handles your card details. We never see or store a full card number.
When you use the platform Which sessions you open, how far through a video you are, and when you last logged in. We use playback progress to administer refunds under our stated policy, to tell you where you left off, and to understand which content is working.
When you contact us or sign up for emails Your email address and whatever you tell us.
Automatically, when you browse IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and referring site. This is ordinary web server and analytics data.
If your organization bought your seat We tell the organization that your seat is active and, where their agreement provides for it, aggregate completion information. We do not report your individual viewing activity to your employer or university unless the agreement with them says so and you have been told.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your viewing history to train machine learning models.
Some of our pages carry advertising and measurement tags: the Meta Pixel, and Google's tags (Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking). Today that is the campaign landing pages our ads link to, the pages under athlyticz.com/go/. When you visit one of those pages, your browser sends Meta and Google details of the visit: the page, your IP address, your browser and device, identifiers from their cookies, and an event when you register or click to buy. Meta and Google use this to measure our advertising and may combine it with information they already hold about you, under their own privacy policies.
The other pages of this site carry none of these tags. If that changes, this section changes first.
You can block these tags with your browser's tracking protection or a content blocker, and you can adjust ad personalization in your Meta and Google account settings.
Where the law requires a lawful basis (EU and UK), ours is: performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and improving the service, your consent for marketing and non-essential cookies, and compliance with legal obligations.
We use third-party providers to run the business. Each gets only what it needs:
| Provider | What it handles |
|---|---|
| GoHighLevel | Website, accounts, checkout, email, CRM |
| Vimeo | Video hosting and playback |
| Stripe (via our checkout) | Payment processing |
| Meta (Meta Pixel), on campaign landing pages | Ad measurement, see "Advertising and measurement" |
| Google (Analytics, Ads conversion tracking), on campaign landing pages | Site analytics and ad measurement |
| Credly | Badge issuing, once that launches, and only for people who request a badge |
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business.
We are based in the United States and our providers are mostly US-based. If you are in the EU, the UK, or Switzerland, your information is transferred to the US. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent transfer mechanism with providers who handle it.
Account and purchase records: for as long as your account is open, and for 7 years afterwards, because tax and accounting law requires it.
Playback and analytics data: 24 months.
Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe, then we keep a suppression record so we do not email you again by mistake.
We use cookies that are necessary to log you in and keep your session, which cannot be turned off. On the campaign landing pages, Meta and Google set advertising and analytics cookies, which you can block. Vimeo sets its own cookies when you play a video.
You can control cookies in your browser. Blocking the necessary ones will stop you logging in.
Wherever you live, you can email us and ask to see, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to stop marketing email. Every marketing email also has an unsubscribe link.
If you are in the EU or UK, you additionally have the right to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your national data protection authority.
If you are in California, you have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, and to correct it. We do not sell personal information. Our use of the Meta Pixel and Google's advertising tags on campaign landing pages may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law, and you have the right to opt out of it: email michael@athlyticz.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any of this, email michael@athlyticz.com. We respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity first.
Note that deleting your account also ends your access to anything you have purchased, and we cannot restore it afterwards.
The site is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your personal information we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. If a change is material, we will email account holders.
