These terms govern your use of athlyticz.com and everything we sell on it. The site is operated by Learn Sports Analyticz LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company trading as AthlyticZ ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account, buying a product, or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
AthlyticZ sells technical training in data science and AI for sport: recorded sessions, courses, live and recorded workshops, memberships that bundle them, and institutional licenses and consulting for organizations.
What each product includes is described on its own page. We do our best to keep those descriptions accurate and current.
You need an account to access anything you have purchased. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything done under your account.
Accounts are for one person. Do not share your login. We may suspend or terminate an account we reasonably believe is being shared, and we do not refund accounts terminated for sharing.
Organizations buying seats for a group get a seat per person under a separate agreement.
You must be at least 16 to hold an account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.
When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use that content for your own learning and your own professional work.

Code and data we provide for you to use are yours to use. The recordings, written materials, and curricula are not.
Where a specific product states different terms, those terms control for that product.
Our instructors teach under agreement with us. They retain rights in their own underlying work; we license their recorded sessions to you under section 3.
Instructor affiliations and former roles shown on this site describe those individuals' professional backgrounds. They do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or any relationship between AthlyticZ and the organizations named.
Some sessions reference third-party software, data, and services. Those carry their own licenses and terms, which are yours to comply with.
Prices are in US dollars and shown on each product page. We may change prices at any time; a change never affects something you have already bought, and never affects a quoted institutional rate within the period we quoted it for.
Payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
Recurring billing. Memberships renew automatically at the then-current price for your plan until you cancel. We email you before an annual renewal. Cancel at any time from your account.
Taxes. Prices exclude any sales tax, VAT, or GST that may apply where you are. Where we are required to collect it, it is added at checkout.
Our products are digital, and access is granted immediately on purchase.
To request a refund, email michael@athlyticz.com within 14 days of your purchase.
Attendance at a live session is non-refundable once you have attended the session.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Live workshops run on stated dates. We may reschedule, and if we do, you may take the new date or take a full refund.
Recordings of live sessions are usually made available to participants afterwards, but we do not guarantee a recording of any particular session unless the product page says so.
We aim to keep the site and your purchased content available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may take the service down for maintenance, and third-party providers we rely on may have outages.
We may retire a product from sale at any time. If you have bought it, your access continues for as long as the product is offered, and for at least 24 months after it is retired. Access that comes with a membership lasts for as long as your membership is active.
Do not use the site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, harass anyone, scrape or bulk-download our content, attempt to circumvent access controls, or interfere with the service for anyone else.
We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms. Where we terminate for cause, we do not refund.
We teach technical methods. We do not guarantee outcomes. Nothing on this site is a promise of employment, of a particular result from a model, or of commercial success.
Our content is provided for educational purposes. It is not professional advice for your specific situation, and decisions you make using what you learn are yours.
The site and content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will email account holders and update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. A change never applies retroactively to a purchase you have already made.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The state and federal courts located in Ocean County, New Jersey have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers in the EU and UK keep the right to bring proceedings in their own country.
